Returns Policy
Because perfumes are personal-use products, returns are only accepted under specific conditions.
Returns are accepted if:

You received the wrong perfume or variant

The item delivered is incomplete or missing
Return requirements:

Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery

Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Original invoice or order confirmation must be provided

Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns in the following situations:

Opened or used perfumes

Change of mind after delivery

Minor packaging differences or box damage without product damage
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days

Refunds may be issued via bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or store credit

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake occurred from our side
Exchange Option
Instead of a refund, customers may request:
