At L’Amore Perfumes, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide a smooth and transparent return and cancellation process for our customers across Pakistan.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • L’Amore Perfumes reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or verification problems.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of perfumes and hygiene standards, we accept returns only in specific cases:

Eligible return reasons:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is missing from your order

Return conditions:
  • Return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging

  • Proof (images/video) may be required for damaged or incorrect items

Non-Returnable Items
  • Used or opened perfumes

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Fragrance preference issues

  • Minor packaging variations that do not affect product quality

Refund Policy

  • Once the return is approved and received, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refunds may be issued via bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or store credit (depending on customer preference)

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only applicable for damaged or incorrect products

  • Replacement will be shipped after return verification
